Terms of Service

Effective from 30 June 2026

1. The service

PlayGrid is a platform for finding and booking tennis courts, organising matches and finding playing partners. By registering, you accept these terms.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once paid. The price is shown on the court page. Payment is processed by our connected payment provider. If payment is not completed within the allotted time, the booking is cancelled automatically.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation and refund terms are set by each club's own policy. For directory listings, bookings are made directly with the club.

4. User conduct

Abuse, spam and fake reviews are prohibited. We may restrict access if these rules are violated.

5. Liability

The service provides a booking tool and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by venues. Venue data from open sources (OSM) may need on-site verification.
